What I liked

Clean, very helpful staff, the treatment went very well for me.

What could be improved

When calling to re-arrange an appointment the appointments staff are not always the most helpful, once just telling me to call a consultants secretary, who then just asked the appointments staff to make an appointment. The care part is fantastic, but I find the administration part lacking sometimes.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our service to you, I am pleased to hear you were satisfied with most of your visit. I have spoken to the manager of the appointment staff, and she will feed back your comments to them, the Trust is currently providing training on customer care, I will check that the appointment staff have attended.
