I recently attended Doncaster Royal Infirmary's Outpatients Clinic, as I have a problem with vertigo. The standard of medical care was good, as was the punctuality of the service.
However, the system of calling out patient's names is very difficult for people with hearing problems. I was embarrassed by my deafness on several occasions, as I had to keep having things repeated to me.
