What I liked

I cannot thank all the staff enough, from the reception ladies, nurses and consulatant,. they were so kind, helpful, and professional. I was terrffied of the test/biopsy, I was going to have, but they all calmed me down.

The receptionists at the clinic informed me straight away, that the first patient was with the Doctor and I shouldn't have too long to wait. I only had to wait ten minutes passed my appointment time. The nurse that called me in was very polite, introduced themselves and asked how I was feeling, I told them terrffied, they said don't worry we don't bite, that put me at my ease a bit. They were so sweet, they told me the doctor I was seeing was very nice, and they would explain everything that was going to be done, they also explained to me that the doctor, themselves and two other nurses would be with me while the test/biopsy was being done, and would that be ok .They introduced to the Doctor and told them how terriffied I was, and left the room. The Consulatant was so nice, they explained to me everything that was going to be done, and asked me if I had any questions or worries The nurses prepared me for the procedure, they were so nice and caring and doing their best to put me at ease. I had the test/biopsy done, all through the procedure the Consulant was telling me what they were doing. telling me what they were seeing and explaining it all to me on the monitor screen and asking me if I was ok . And to tell them if I was in too much pain and they would stop straight away. After it was all finished, they explained everything to me again.

I cannot thank everyone enough for their, caring, kind, polite, professional way they all treated me. Thank you everyone.
