What I liked

I have now attended the hospital for four venesections and have been very impressed with the treatment I have received. The welcome is always warm, the staff are all very kind and professional.

What other hospital offers a drink during your treatment ! These things make what could be a stressful experience enjoyable. Please give my thanks to all your nurses, I would particularly like to praise one nurse for their understanding and compassion.

What could be improved

The only drawback I can find are the parking charges which are in my opinion excessive. A free short stay option would be wonderful as a goodwill gesture, or perhaps a graded cost starting with a half hour stay.

Thank you for your comments and taking the time to leave them. I'll make sure they are passed on to the team. The graded cost for short stay parking is something that we are looking into soon.
