What could be improved

The waiting room looked very stylish, however it was cramped and my injured foot was trodden on several times by other patients moving between the rows of seats. I watched staff walk past a patient bleeding and crying in pain ignoring her completely. There was no information available about the expected waiting time.

Anything else?

I did not remain for my burn to be assessed as I was in so much pain. I returned to another hospital the next day for treatment and have thankfully been referred to a specialist burns unit for surgery.
