What I liked

Involved in a road traffic accident, was in a state of shock and was reassured by staff. Staff we're efficient and well mannered towards me, made me feel at ease and comfortable in such a busied environment. I felt like each step of my care transitioned smoothly and I was made aware of the decisions and evaluation behind my situation by the doctors and nurses involved. The whole experience was all I could have asked for and I commend all the staff involved.

What could be improved

I was completely satisfied that, in my situation, all aspect of my care and well-being were met successfully.
