What I liked

Staff were so courteous and friendly, everyone I encountered was so efficient and pleasant.

From the receptionist at the front desk where you book in, to the nurse who weighed me and took my blood pressure in the clinic, to the consultant who my appointment was with, every person was so professional and made me feel at ease.

I had problems with parking, it took me three attempts to find a space in one of the car parks, three circuits of the hospital grounds! This made me late for my appointment but they still accommodated me which I so appreciated.

What could be improved

Nothing within the department - just the car parking situation!!

Car parking needs to be vastly improved! There was a ridiculous number of empty spaces in the staff car parks as you drove past them, and about 5 cars seeming to be waiting for every time one that came up in the visitor car parks. I wonder how many appointments this makes people be late for when they had no idea they needed to allow that much time for parking?
