What I liked

We had to bring our granddaughter to A&E with a broken arm. She was treated very well all through her experience despite being initially frightened. She had to stay overnight and I was given a lovey very clean comfortable bed, beside her. The night staff spoke to her parents in London and explained everything. When her mother arrived the following morning to sign the consent form, the Consultant and his team spent time explaining everything to us. We had nothing but praise for all the staff involved, and were very grateful for their expertise. Thank you to all concerned.
