I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Having access to a professional in times of emergency, and prompt intervention when in pain is the best thing about my experience at the QMC. The standard of medical care was good, as was the nursing care, and I felt that I was treated with respect and dignity by all who saw me.
