What I liked

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in October, it was a fairly complicated procedure but my surgeon was excellent and talked me through every step of the way. He informed me of all of the risks, and helped me make the (correct) decision to go ahead with the surgery, On the day of my surgery, I found the reception staff to be helpful and friendly, the nurses to be genuinely warm and caring, my anaesthetist to be excellent, and my surgeon to be excellent as usual. I was looked after, felt cared for, and felt that the staff were genuinely happy that my surgery had gone well and that I recovered from the procedure quickly. The facilities were well looked after and spotless, and every member of staff inspired confidence and made me feel welcome. The good experience continued in my post-op appointment, when I again found every member of staff I encountered to be friendly, warm and informative. I would definitely feel confident going back to Ealing Hospital and would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member.

What could be improved

I could not fault anything, and couldn't ask for better.
