I took my gran to accident emergency by ambulance, this was at 7pm.
She was not seen till 4am. Gran was poorly, incontinence pad needed changing, I had to change it myself.
When doctor did see her they were dismissive, rude, total lack of care.
"Unhappy with A&E care"
