"Problems with parking at Sentinel"

(as the patient),

I rang the appointments office as the leaflet I was given requested.

The leaflet referred to above was apparently well out of date with the consequence that my car parking arrangements were not compliant with current regulations and I had to spend 20 minutes or so shuttling between parking attendants booth (closed), reception desk (200 metres away), parking ticket machine (250 metres) Parking attendant (helpful even though they had completed a parking ticket), car (to display parking ticket) and eventually the x-ray department.

I am unaware, as yet, whether my GP practice has received notification of the changes.
