Having developed problems after foot surgery in 2006 I questioned the problems with my GP.
Within a fortnight I'd had an x-ray and results back and a referral to a consultant. Brilliant service. Fast, quick and dignified. I wasn't made to feel as though my problem was a problem I should live with, but one that could be investigated further and rectified if possible.
My appointment with the consultant is in a couple of weeks and even if the outcome isn't quite one I would wish for I have to say overall the service I've received has been excellent, from my GP, X-ray and TRAC team. Thank you.
