My mother was recently a patient in the Nottingham City Hospital's Emergency Admissions Unit. I felt that the standard of care which she received whilst there was unacceptable. There seemed to be no respect for a patient's privacy, dignity, or confidentiality. To be honest, she couldn't get off the ward quick enough. There is much room for improvement!
