Care provided by the Doctors and nurses

What could be improved

Waiting times! Had my outpatient appointment cancelled twice, long waits to see the Doctor in outpatients, told I needed and operation urgently, two months later still waiting! I have rang the Specialist Secretary and she was less than helpful to the point of being abrupt! Still dont know when my op will go ahead even though I had my pre-op assessment 4 weeks ago!

Anything else?

Communication seems poor at times, they lost my notes then claimed they hadnt, they dont seem to realise that peoples lives are on hold whilst waiting for treatment!
