"Very unhappy"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

The porters who took me for my X-Rays were lovely and polite.

What could be improved

The general staff left me unattended and unable to walk in a room for 3 hours, in this time I needed the toilet and had to yell to get someone to bring me a wheelchair (no assistance buttons) because I was not seen by a doctor or a nurse during the time the paramedics brought me to the hospital (4pm) and didn't get seen until 7pm.

My room in A & E still had blood on the floor when I was moved in there, and the paramedics were even doing the bedding so I could get into the bed quickly because the staff hadn't done it.

The doctor/surgeon/general staff that came in then didn't say a word, he cut some Tubi grip and asked me to come back tomorrow and put it over my leg.

I had no idea what I'd done, I still don't know 3 days later and they are asking me to go in a 3rd time for an MRI.

This isn't the first visit I've had here, and the last time doctors were striking so it took longer then usual and I understand that, but even when I was on the floor on a cold wet AstroTurf waiting 50 minutes for an ambulance, I can't praise staff for the hell I went through that evening.
