What I liked

I was admitted to hospital as an overnight case with stomach pain and all the doctors and nurses that I came in contact with was soooo lovely and compassionate. I'm a very nervous patient but to see how much time they had for myself and others was a pleasure to see and to be a witness to. When mistakes were made with my bloods a sincere apology was made.

What was really lovely to see was a nurse talking and giving reassurance to a little old lady :))

The doctor was brilliant, even though I was nervous he reassured me and made me feel better in myself, he even came early the following morning to do his check up.

Just waiting for a scan to arrive in the post :)) please pass on my thanks to all staff I came into contact with in accident and emergency on the 23rd/24th of October. You should be very proud, your all a credit.

What could be improved

The only thing that could be improved is the reception, waiting said 2 hours and it took 4 hours to be seen, I have to admit at times I was feeling a little frustrated.
