What I liked

The staff were all very professional and worked extremely well together. I was very impressed with the standard of care and the way the whole operation was carried out. The 'bedside manner' of both the consultant and the nurses was brilliant. I was quite worried that I might faint during the procedure (I have a bad track record with medical procedures) but the staff were all very reassuring. Having a radio on in the background was actually really good too - I think it helped me to relax, which I'm sure helped to stop me passing out! All in all, I really was very impressed and I think they all did a great job - for which, I would like to thank them very much.
