What could be improved
Waiting times - I had to wait three hours to see a doctor
staff attitude - during screening I started to feel jittery and so moved out of my seat and onto the florr and explained that I felt like I was about to have a panic attack. The nurse showed no concern, let alone empathy, just asking whether I was prone to panic attacks and telling me to "calm down".
