What I liked

In life there are some things that almost never get "looked forward to" or even "enjoyed" and a visit to the dental hospital Liverpool for difficult surgery is certainly one of those things. But my experience on Wednesday 17th October was simply superb. I had to have a very awkward wisdom tooth removed, it was a long and difficult procedure but handled magnificently by surgeon and their colleague. In terms of professional care with a warm smile it just doesn't get better than this, trust me, this surgical team are clearly at the top of their game. I was petrified, but put totally at ease by the style, manner and general approach taken to calm me down. The surgery was actually quite tough due to my circumstances, not to mention my status as a grade 1 wuss. But the treatment was outstanding and that includes my contact with the Consultant who was the opposite of stuffy and the reception team who were efficient and welcoming. I amazed myself and actually enjoyed the experience in a very strange way ! Top people these, highly recommended, the best without a doubt. NHS rules!!

The best customer / patient service I've experienced in an NHS hospital and sadly I've had to make a lot of visits to NHS sites over the years but Liverpool Dental Hospital rocks.....or words to that effect.
