My elderly relative was told she would be discharged at 10:00 but no one was told until two hours later. When we arrived at 15:30 we then had to wait another two hours for the medication.
Just before our relative went to bed we found out a pen that was needed for administering the drugs hadn't been included in the meds pack.
I suggest spending more money on training instead of glossy mission statements.
