"trying to get appointment for flu vaccination- all clinics full?!"

(as the patient),

I have telephoned my gp 3 times in as many weeks to try for appointment for flu vaccination & keep being told clinics are full. To me they only seemed concerned that patients are over 65 rather than for those in other vulnerable categories, like people with diabetes (like me).

Thank you for your posting which has been received by Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Unfortunately, the GP practices do not come under our Trust, however, I am able to advise you that you need to raise your concerns about lack of clinic appointments for receiving your flu jab with the practice manager in your GP surgery.
