"My wife was left waiting when transferred to Royal Blackburn"

Royal Blackburn was expecting my wife to be there at 8am, she was transported from Blackpool Victoria at 9. 30am. Nett result my wife missed her slot for her procedure and of course the bed was given to another patient. My wife was put in the waiting room, the same one we had sat in for eight hours three weeks previously until it was obvious to a blind man my wife needed to lie down, I must emphasize that my wife is a very sick woman. My wife rang me with these details so I rang Royal Blackburn and told them in no uncertain terms that I was on my way from Blackpool and she had better be in a bed by the time I got there. I must state that the sister was very obliging and looked after my wife.

I don't think my wife has been treated very well at all considering her general health. Thankfully at long last she is going to have the procedure pm today. I am not a happy man.
