There is not much I can add to this questionnaire.
My own GP has always been excellent. The time between GP referral and TRAC contacting me was unbelievably fast.
I do not think I would hear anything for a couple of months. So I was quite happy taking a 10 day break in Canada when I received and email advising me that TRAC was trying to contact me. My appointment was made on my return.
That is what I call service!
