"appointments getting lost and staff attitude!!!"

For the second time my appointment for ultra-sound went missing. When I phoned the surgery and said I had not heard when my appointment was the member of staff rang the hospital, rang me back and said your app. is tuesday.

I was asked to ring the number I was given to confirm which I did saying this was the second time this had happened.

The first time I went to our post-office where they monitor your mail for a month. They told me it never got put in the post.

Well tuesday came, down I went where I was called in, there was another lady in the room who was never introduced to me. I was told nothing about her,she could have been a secretary for all I knew.

Well the best was yet to come. When I told the member of staff about my appointment going missing the staff member asked how is it everyone else gets there appointments except you? I don't know do I /I said (but I would like to know if I am). I then was told they would send the results to a consultant who is retired as far as I'm aware. I was told he'll never retire and asked where the results were to be sent to. I said to the person who ordered them up who was dr o'kelly.

I don't mind telling you I was not a happy bunny.
