What I liked
(In the context of Major Surgery)
I was kept in the loop about every aspect of my treatment, what to expect and by when. The journey from referral, tests, through pre- Op consultation and into Op worked seamlessly. Post Op, my care was delivered with dignity and professionalism- as has been the case throughout. Home visits post Op have been friendly, timely and thorough.
I find nothing to fault in the treatment I have been afforded and have been busy recovering strong and well- at the same time as singing from the rafters about the value of our National Health Service!
Hospital Radio- Great ;o)
What could be improved
Supper. On the scale of things this may seem petty:
Soups were good.
Main meals fell rather short of good.
The use of white bread in sandwiches... ? Healthy foods, fibre, salads, fruit, would be welcome.
Anything else?
none
