What I liked
I was very pleased with the treatment I received in the Day Surgery department.All the staff were extremely courtious and kind. Thankyou very much.
What could be improved
The week before my surgery, I left a message concerning the an esthetic for my operation as the letter confirming admission said' general' and I had been told 'local' at the earlier consultation. I did not receive a reply so took the precaution of starvation and had the treatment with general anaesthetic. This is not a complaint as I was very satisfied otherwise.
