"Excellent"

What I liked

I was at the Breast Screening Clinic and the service was excellent.I was kept well informed about all the procedures that were happening to me.Everything was well explained and it helped to make it less daunting for me.The staff were excellent.They were so friendly.They even provided refreshments for those who wanted it !

What could be improved

The car parking !

The car park was full when we arrived and as we had to travel for over an hour and a half because it is not our local hospital we had no idea where else we could park.It really needs a much bigger car park.We were not the people who had had this problem.It adds uneccessary stress to what is for most people already a stressful time.
