What I liked
Some staff were caring and would go out of there way to accomodate you
What could be improved
Other staff need to listen and treat you as a person, if this had happened from the start the likelihood of occurring the injuries I substaind during labour would have been avoided. They also need to assess pacients on an individual basic not by the standard norm. An 11.4 lb baby is not a normal weight for someone that was a size 10 and some serious questions should be being asked.
Anything else?
I put my trust in the nhs and feel deeply let down, I would appreciate a written plan of any further treatment if I am able to go on and have a second pregnancy as at the moment it has been proven I can not trust what is said as there is a lack of communication and team work in the nhs
