What I liked

I was referred to A&E but the out of hours doctor. I was seen quickly but friendly and efficient staff. The doctor who examined me was excellent. He was polite and friendly and clearly explained what he was doing and why.

What could be improved

Before the doctor arrived, I was left waiting for around 1.5 hours without anyone explaining what i was waiting for.
