(as the patient),

I wanted to say thank you to the doctors at Gatehouse Warrington Hospital for the care they gave me. It was good because they changed my medication and it made me feel better. I felt I got the care and attention that I needed.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. It's good that your doctors were so senstive to your changing needs and good to hear you're feeling better now.

I'll pass your comments on to the Gatehouse, it's great for them to recieve such positive feedback.
