When I came in the door it felt really good and the staff were very friendly. I was a little bit nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect.
I don't like hospitals, but after a few minutes I was more relaxed. The consultant was friendly and professional at the same time. On the whole a very good experience. Keep it up.
