"A very big thank you to all at Hetty's"

(as a parent/guardian),

I was introduced to Hetty's when I took in my sister, who is a drug, alcohol and gambling addict. At the time I didn't think I needed support and I could manage by myself. A few months later I realised I really did need Hetty's.

At my very 1st meeting, I was surprised at the emotion that came out of me. I also had some reiki sessions. They were great. An hour of relaxation.

My sister seemed to be doing well while she was living with me, but she eventually moved into her own place where things quickly went down hill for her.

I now have my nephew living with me.

Craig Knowles has visited often, come to core groups an conferences with me and listened to me rant on and giving me advice, which sometimes I wasn't sure was the right thing for me to do. Stepping back was the right thing to do. Craig is always just a phone call or an email away, and if he doesn't know something he makes sure he finds out or knows someone who does.

We were lucky enough to be invited down for a holiday in Wales with other families who use Hetty's. What a fantastic fun filled week for the kids.

Thank you for your feedback. Hettys values all feedback given from clients. I am pleased to know that the Kinship support and advocacy at core groups etc has been of benefit, and also that you feel able to reach out via email or telephone if a crisis occurs. Take care, Hettys door is always open.
