"Unhappy with care for chest pain"

I went to Stafford A&E with chest pain. They hadn't done a full check of what medicines I am on, a week before I was given an antibiotic for a cut which interacted with a medicine I have taken for over 5 years. So I had an irregular heartbeat, pain, breathless.

They acted like I was a pest, reluctantly put me on a ward overnight. I was scared & upset. I thought they were dismissive & rude to me because I have depression & anxiety.

The ward didn't have the medicine I take every night so I didn't sleep at all. Had chest pain & heart felt unsteady all night.

Next day at around 12pm a pharmacist told me that the drugs I was prescribed as an antibiotic were completely contraindicated for someone on my usual medicines.

I was discharged, as I can't do their exercise test (I'm a wheelchair user & apparently they have no test for people like me who can't walk on a treadmill, which I think is ridiculous).
