"Pleasant staff and buildings at Mount Gould but not enough parking spaces"

About: Livewell South West Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

I was pleasantly surprised with all the new buildings as last time I visited Mount Gould Hospital it was so old and out of date.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and I did not have to wait to see the doctor. However there are certainly not enough parking spaces and we eventually parked in the road.

Thank you for taking time to post your comments on Patient Opinion.

Plymouth Community Healthcare is responsible for the Mount Gould site and we are presently reviewing signage, including designated visitor parking spaces which are not always easily identifiable to the public.

Will pass on all comments to the relevant teams.
