What I liked
I was accompanying my mother who is 86 and had broken her arm. The staff in A&E were exceptional, treating her with respect and making her comfortable before her transfer to a ward. I particularly appreciated the close working relationship with the UCC where we were first seen.
What could be improved
The facility of a bed in the UCC - Mum was exhausted after over two hours of intense pain. Even a wheelchair for her transport to the X-ray department would have been welcome as walking had become so difficult for her. (she had broken the arm that she normally used with a walking stick).
"A great respect for Ealing Hospital's A&E..."
