What I liked

I have visited Blackburn Hospital several times recently when my husband was taken ill.The first two visits were emergency admissions to A &E.I cannot praise the paramedics and the staff on A&E highly enough.It was very early morning and they must have been tired but they were cheerful,friendly, respectful and a,bove all, highly knowlegable and professional.My husband was sent to an assessment ward where the staff were just as good.Later he had an operation on the urology ward where I cannot praise his treatment enough.Today we had to return to this ward for a scan and he was seen straight away by friendly and courteous staff.Thank you very much all the people who have looked after him.We`re so grateful.

What could be improved
