What could be improved
I visited LINC this week when there was a very long wait to be seen. It was unfortunate and I realise that sometimes circumstances conspire which result in this kind of situation. However, would it not be possible if it is an unexpected issue that has caused the long wait, to tell patients and suggest that they may like to go into town or back home and return later - a wait of 3 hours is such a waste of time. On the other hand, if this length of wait happens frequently, couldn't the time allocated to each patient be more realistic so that people are not waiting so long. The actual medical side of the appointment was fine - it was just the waiting that was unacceptably long.
