About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was mostly pleased with all aspects of the care I received. The only part I was a little unhappy with was the appointment. I was kept waiting for a long time and did not get seen until I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer I had to wait.
