"The NHS won't investigate my complaint"

About: Southampton City PCT

(as the patient),

About one month ago it came to my attention that after I and my daughter left his practice, our former GP inserted letters in our NHS records in which he wrote that I am mentally ill, am prone to make "wild and libellous allegations" about doctors and that my daughter has inherited the same tendency from me.

These letters have interfered with and deprived us of our right to health care for at least 15 years. I, in particular, will not register with any GP who treats me as though my spinal injuries do not exist and that I am mentally ill. In fact I have written evidence that I broke my back and neck in a car accident and because of the GP's errors developed arachnoiditis (an incurable spinal disease), that the GP misdiagnosed my injuries as being whiplash, and that several doctors covered up his errors by manipulating medical evidence and writing medical reports saying - untruthfully - that I had whiplash and was psychologically disturbed. This is clearly a matter for the police.

I have recently complained to the SHIPs (Southampton and other PCTs) complaints dept at Omega House, Eastleigh. They denied receiving the complaints (despite this being sent Recorded Delivery and a signature obtained) and have refused to accept my and my daughter's complaints for investigation.

Does the Omega House SHIPS cluster understand that by refusing to investigate my complaints, they may be seen to be assisting in covering up the irregularities of the various named doctors?
