What I liked

During an out patient appointment visit to the hospital a couple of days ago I had to attend the phlebotomy department . I was very impressed with the quick turn around.From booking in to having my blood taken was a matter of minutes and the member of staff who took my blood was very efficient and friendly. A fine example of how healthcare provision should be, well done.
