What could be improved

No continuity. Every time I attended the hospital, I would have to explain in detail what was wrong with me. I was lied to by hospital and told I was far too overweight to have surgery despite the previous consultant advising me against losing weight. Notes were written up by doctors who were not even in the room and I received no medication for 8 months. Top consultants lied about my treatment to the Patient Experience Team and reduced me to tears on 3 separate occassions.

Anything else?

Treat your patients with some dignity and respect because you control their quality of life. When you degrade them, lie to them and fail to treat them, you destroy their lives.
