"A positive reinforcement of all that is good and..."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

What I liked

The respect and compassion I was given over what I viewed as an embarrassing condition. The kindness of the staff at every point in the consultations, tests and surgery. The speed of the diagnosis through to surgery and aftercare. The professionalism and efficiency of everyone concerned in my care from the very outset. The re-establshing of total trust in the NHS after several bad experiences

I cannot praise the consultant and his team enough

What could be improved

The night duty staff having time and experience to follow up the care given by the day staff and surgery team. They seemed to be functional without caring

Anything else?

Many, many thanks
