(as the patient),

Never felt so relaxed in Phlebotomy department. went in with my daughter and it wasn't not too long to wait. I said to my daughter every person came out smiling but then I realised the blonde phlebotomy nurse (Ann) had a lovely smile.

Then when it came to me who is terrified of needles went in.

I could not believe I'd had my bloods taken, I never felt a thing and not even a mark!

Making you feel comfortable and a smile certainly done it for me. Also saw a lovely lady doctor and can't think of her name- Thanks
