"Brilliant care in a&e"

What I liked

I was seen quickly in the a&e department. The receptionist, triage nurse and doctor were all polite and helpful and very professional. Whilst I was waiting, the already clean looking area was being given a thorough clean, which was great to see.

What could be improved

Signposting to the hospital from central Chelmsford. We seemed to drive around the houses a bit following the signs when it was actually straight down the road. A very minor gripe though, nothing to do with the actual hospial itself, thought that was great.

Anything else?

I hope any subsequent trips are as easy as this one was.
