The staff need to be traiined on how to speak to people! No people skills what so ever!

I am adding comments on behalf of my mother who was taken there this week, the nurses and staff are very rude and not helpful at all. i live 3hours away from the hospital and when I called and also my sister there was no communication or proper handovers at all. My mother should have had tests as soon as she was admitted and this was not done. I myself saw how they were on this ward and not bothering, we asked to speak to doctors and the nurses were very rude and could not tell us when the doctors were available. I am appalled as to how this hospital is open, my mother is at another hospital now (who are familiar with my mum) and the doctors there could not believe, why no tests were done. This hospital should be closed down!
