What I liked
I visited the Breast Unit within the Treatment centre today and would like to reassure anyone in the same situation that the care and professionalism received was second to none. I saw my doctor a week ago and today I saw a specialist, had a mammogram and ultrasound and saw the specialist again for the results - all within 4 hours.
The staff immediately apologised on my arrival for a delay of an hour, which actually was only 30 mins. I was offered free tea and biscuits twice during my visit as an apology for the delay. Great service, many thanks to KGH from a grateful patient.
What could be improved
Car parking!
