"Very disappointing"

What could be improved

I waited nearly 2 hours for an appointment booked in advance to be seen by a Dr in the fracture clinic. I saw him for 3 rushed minutes. No apology for the waiting time. The nurses need to write the waiting time up on the whiteboard so patients could at least go for a coffee. Why do they book in so many people? I waited an hour the previous time as well. I was told a physio would get in contact with me and a week later have not heard anything still. My cast was taken off and I need some exercises. I am disappointed in the service and wish I could afford private care.
