What I liked

My son was referred to the Minor Injuries department of Sunderland Royal Hospitial Accident and Emergency department on the 16/09/12. Throughout this experience he was treated with professionalism, respect and courteousness. The two members of staff, (including one male nurse who engaged with my son brilliantly) were exceptional. They introduced themselves and advised of procedures. Working on a busy unit like this the pressures can be immense but they took everything in their stride and made the whole experience,less stressful than it could have been. My son was involved with all aspects of the care he was administered. A job very well done!
