What I liked

The speed, efficiency and care with which I was admitted and treated,

The cleanliness of the ward, and as far as i could see, the hospital.

The good natured and good humoured manner with which I was treated by the nursing staff, and by everyone with whom I had contact.

What could be improved

The discharge process, which was so slow, when everything else had been so fast and efficient.

We would like to reassure you that the hospital recognises that discharges are not always as timely as they should be and we are currently looking at ways of how we can improve the system.
